The B&B Enotria is pleased to offer his Guests the following services, FREE of charge:

Set of keys which will allow you to come back at any time to the Guesthouse
Bicycles & Books sharing for your entire stay
Satellite TV with main International channels
Hairdryer
Bed linen and towels changed twice per week
Crib and high chair for children
A fully equipped kitchen: stove, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, et cetera
Large furnished terrace with barbecue
Small pets are allowed on request
Table-tennis on request
Use of iron and iron board, on request
Car Parking
Pick up service to and from to the railway station of Ascea
Storage service your luggage

Horse Riding. We do recommend a nearby facility
A/C (normally is not necessary due to our cool climate), on request for a small daily fee.

Conditions

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on your arrival day. To arrange a different time, please let us know as soon as possible, via e-mail bebenotria at libero.it or by SMS or calling: +39 320 483 86 83.
Check-out: Before 12 AM. Extended check-out is available on request.
Reservation deposit: For any kind of bookings we kindly request you to send a deposit of 30% or more of the total amount through a postal order or a bank transfer on the bank account that we will communicate you at the time of booking, after checking the availability.
Written confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the Customer upon receipt of the payment of the required deposit.
Payment: The entire balance of the due amount will be paid directly on the day of your arrival on cash. We are sorry but credit cards are not accepted yet.

Children: Children up to three years old stay free of charge. From age three to six we'll offer you a discount equals to 50%; from age six to ten the discount equals to 35%.

Cancellations and penalties: The deposit has confirmation value and is binding on both parties.
In case of cancellation - from 5 to 3 days - before arrival date you will be refunded 95% of the deposit for our administrative fees.
In case of late cancellation - on a 2 days range - prior to the arrival date, or in case of no-show, or for an early departure, you will be paying at least one day of your stay.

The Breakfast

Our breakfast consists of: Coffee, tea, milk, cappuccino, fruit juices, cornflakes, fresh cheeses, yoghurt, butter, mixed jams, croissants and seasonal fruit.
